To finish the hat, we tied a big piece fabric around the base of the hat and tied a bow in the back.
We did a lot of ‘curling’ on the sides of the brim by rolling the cardboard up. Then we wrapped the fabric over the brim and hot glued in place inside the hat. We covered it by draping the fabric over the top and gluing along the inside crease of the brim.
